TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT

 

The price in full must be paid at time of purchase, prior to the event. Peak Music UK only accept payments via credit or debit card or bank transfer. Peak Music UK do not accept cash or cheques. All booked courses must be attended by the client within 6 months of the deposit payment being made. No refunds will be given after this period.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

Peak Music may only cancel an agreement due to Force Majeure which is any reason beyond the Peak Music UK’s control such as National Mourning, War, Fire, Strikes or Lock-outs directly affecting the venue, or the Order of the Licensing or any Public Authority having jurisdiction.

 

In any such event we shall inform the client as soon as they become aware.

 

Where the client reserves their right to cancel the purchase, Peak Music UK will only offer a refund to the workshops within 7 days of purchase: due to limited availability and specialist nature of courses. No refunds will be given after this period fully in accordance with the relevant laws.

 

Where the client cancels out of the refund timeframe, Peak Music UK will endeavour to offer an alternative product of a similar value. Any cancellation must be requested in writing.

 

Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by letter sent to 299 Glyndon Road, London, SE18 7NY or by email to peakmusicuk@outlook.com

 

3. VARIATION

 

Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by letter sent to 299 Glyndon Road, London, SE18 7NY or by email to peakmusicuk@outlook.com

 

Any variation to the advertised package will be at the discretion of Peak Music UK.

 

4. ALTERATIONS TO THE WORKSHOPS

 

Peak Music UK reserve the right to amend the package to a similar/ reasonable standard depending on availability of venues and facilitators where applicable. The client agrees to accept such reasonable alternative package and in all instances any changes will be communicated as soon as required to provide a reasonable alternative package.

 

 

5.  PRICING

 

Where stated the prices quotes are exclusive of VAT. At the time of writing Peak Music UK is not a VAT registered company.

 

6.  CLIENT ETIQUETTE

 

Peak Music UK maintain exceptionally high standards in terms of professionalism and will treat all clients with respect at all times. In the event of a client demonstrating aggressive, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour towards other clients or facilitators: Peak Music UK reserves the right to terminate the client’s place on the workshop with immediate effect and no refund will be provided.

 

7.  LIABILITY

 

Peak Music UK will not be held accountable nor accept liability for any damages to property/ possessions of fellow clients and/or studio equipment. In instances where studio equipment is damaged, Peak Music UK reserves the right to refer such costs directly to the client.

8.  CLIENT TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

 

Clients are expected to make their own travel arrangements to the specified venue. In the event of a cancellation or variation to the venue, Peak Music UK are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result.

9. LAW AND CONSTRUCTION

 

The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Peak Music UK and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
